I've decided that I really like Farfalle!
I LOVE pasta. LOVE it. But, I'm pretty set in my ways on which pasta shapes/forms I like. Tortellini, Thick Spaghetti, Bucatini Rigati, Linguine, Fettucine, Elbows...

Last night though, we had Farfalle with defrosted homemade sauce, and I really liked it! I think I've had it before in a pasta salad, but I don't really like pasta salad, so maybe that's why I didn't dig it then.

Another one added to the repertoire! :hi:

1. I love farfalle.
They have a nice chewiness and take up quite a bit of sauce, plus they look like butterflies. ;)
I like shells for pasta salad.

People like to say, "It's all the same thing!" but I like different pastas for different things and even for what I'm in the mood for with regard to the bite.
