I am being very naughty.
Making Chuck Wagon Beef Stew with Cheddar-Smashed Potatoes for dinner tonight. Main ingredients are beef, bacon, cheese and white potatoes, so there is very little nutritional value to the meal, but I bet it will taste good!

2. I just mixed up a nice batch
of Reuben Blades Black Beans, and, with some sharp cheddar, sour cream, and chopped onion mixed in, that's the Big Cold Winter's Night dinner here tonight.

I don't feel naughty. Just hungry.

3. Beans have nutritional value.
Fiber, even. White potatoes, not so much. But we hardly ever eat like this, so I am not feeling too guilty.
