Help! My husband was a pothead, and now he's got a drinking problem!

He's off the copper pots, but now he can't seem to stop drinking coffee!

It all began when a mysterious box arrived. "Rocky's here!" he exclaimed. He cut the box open and removed the paraphernalia: a coffee grinder. "Rocky" has moved in, joining the family of coffee-related machines already living in our house.

Then came the stash, innocently packed in a plastic bag: dark coffee beans. "Good stuff." Bzzzzzzt! He just couldn't wait to grind the beans and get a hit of that coffee.

"Oh man, try some of this!" I did and I must say it was fantastic, but I know when to stop -- one's my limit in the afternoon. But I caught Husb going back for another. And another. And another. And another. And one before dinner. And one after dinner. Wheeeee!!! He's hyped, he's hooked, he's a reckless hedonist on a coffee binge!

So who's his connection, you might wonder? Who would get him started on this new level of self-indulgent madness? Who would send him these irresistable dark roasted beans?

It was none other than that dealer of decadence, AZDem!! (Actually, I think I'll have another cup, just so there's less for Husb, you understand...) ;)

Awhile back I posted that if I drank allot of coffee, I would never sleep again and probably end up in the hospital.

So they both go on about how espresso has LESS caffeine than regular coffee and how it is practically DECAF. Riiiiiiight.

Maybe we should stage a little online caffeine intervention? Denial is not a river in Egypt, people! ;-)
