1. Not a recipe
but I highly recommend Costco's Mango and Peach salsa. It's great with chips and awesome on chicken, fish or eggs.

3. I've never tried the recipes here
but it certainly is a fun read. Oh yeah, they have some mango salsa recipes that use jalapenos.

4. There are a bunch of them here
http://www.panix.com/~clay/cookbook/salsa/

But I must admit, I haven't tried any of them.

5. Mango Salsa Recipe
I use this Mango Salsa for grilled salmon. It's a recipe I got from another shopper I met at the market.

2 very ripe mangos peeled and diced
1/4 of a Habanero pepper diced very fine or substitute Jalapeno to taste
4 green onions or 1/4 red onion diced
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
cilantro to taste
salt optional
