What's for dinner ~ Thursday ~ April the 9th Edition
Morning everyone!

I don't have any idea what tonight's dinner will be yet.
I'd like something light though. It's sunny, warm and gorgeous here today. No soup or chili needed!

1. Chicken salad sandwiches on whole wheat rolls.
That is the last of my leftover roast chicken from Sunday dinner. I saved the breast meat for the chicken salad.;-)

2. One of my few nods to processed food.
MSF Chik'n nuggets with corn and the rest of the pickled beats. Oh, and Ain5 bread, of course.

Storms with small hail were rolling through on the way home so I didn't stop for an onion or chili it would have been. We're under a tornado watch until 9 p.m. so a quick dinner is in order tonight.

Rigatoni with the Sunday Tomato Gravy - zuch, aubergine, pepper, parmesan, and a biiiig glass of chianti...

and the end of the girl scout cookies.. mmmm

So he gets to finish it off, and I'll have a cheese sandwich and a salad.
