Cauliflower on the grill
Roasted cauliflower. It sounds like it could work.

Ideas?

No vinegar or anything too "out there". This is to go with grilled chicken breasts and corn on the cob.

1. Well this is very good
I marinated it for 10 minutes in olive oil, garlic, onion, and about a teaspoon of cocktail sauce because I wanted a hint of tomato but not Italian or Mexican. Put it on some foil and put on the grill for ten minutes, turned it a few times. Delicious.

2. I'd wrap it in foil
Probably give it a spray of Olive Oil first.

I've roasted whole heads of Cauliflower in my oven till they are lightly brown. It's delicious that way and a very dramatic presentation.
