I just put a cut up lemon and some herbs inside a chicken.

I'm roasting it with onion and garlic chicken broth in the bottom of the pan. I hope this works. There's a similar recipe online but I changed it to use the herbs and spices I had on hand.

We'll see. I'm leaving in a little while. I hope Mr. Child takes the damn thing out when it's done. :P
