For grasswire: Yesterday's kitchen spree.

Breakfast was bacon, eggs, and toast. (Or as Bill said it yesterday, acon and beggs. LOL)

Put the pork roast in the crockpot around 11 or so.

Froze about 8 lbs. of pesticide and fungicide free apricots.

For Bill's lunches this week I made:

artichoke hummus

couscous tabbouleh

lemon blueberry muffins

soft brown sugar raisin cookies

Made some green beans from our garden and corn on the cob from our coop to have with the pork roast.

I'm pretty dopey.....I read the sentence "froze about 8 lb pesticide and fungicide...." and I thought "why is she freezing that stuff??"
