Braised Leg of Lamb

I made this today with a boneless leg of lamb, put the garlic in earlier,
and placed it over 'taters instead of their more costly alternative.

Oh my... oh... my.... was... it.. ever...good.

I love celeriac, but you are right in that it is kind of 'spensive. I might use a soft polenta with this.
