So, I'm Making A White Chocolate / Chambord Cheesecake For Thursday
wish me luck. my FIRST Cheesecake (i'm a sauteer not normally a baker).

if it works out well, and you are interested in the recpie, let me know. I am actually combining the best of 3 recipe's for this dish. have NO IDEA how it will turn out. :scared:

anyhoo.... let me know in this thread if your interested and i'll MAYBE post my findings on Friday :P

I've never actually tried to make a cheesecake before.

But I have spiked a custard with chambord (very nice). Sounds tasty.
