Is there any place you go that you eat like a pig ?
Me and Mrs bearfan went to Sirloin Stockade in Round Rock last night. On Fridays and Wednesdays they have their regular buffet for $8.49 but they also have all you can eat sirloin steaks and all you can eat jumbo butterflied fried shrimp on the buffet too. I don't even touch the salads or the desserts there. Steak, fried shrimp, fried chicken, ribs, and iced tea with lemon is usually all I eat when we go there. My record is 43 shrimp when my nephew challenged me one time. The steaks are really half steaks but you can go back as many times as you want. I like medium rare or even rare but not raw. Mrs bearfan is a well done steak person. She almost gags when she sees the real pink when I cut them. Do you eat like a pig anywhere ?

1. Looks like no one will admit it!
I like to eat but I can't "pack it away". I'd get sick. I do have a pig-out story for you, though.

When I worked in downtown Denver, the guys in my office liked this particular Chinese buffet. Back then, it was $3.50 for all you could eat. Every few months someone would go around the office asking "Chinese pig-out for lunch, today?" I love Chinese food and would often join the group. And some of those guys could really pack it in going back for 3rds and 4ths. I swear, my car would look like a low rider on the way back to office.

2. Okay, I'll admit it. I **like** to pig out.
There are two places here that we go to. Actually, **I** go to them and Sparkly accompanies me.

One is an Asian buffet. Everything from pizza to sushi to unmentionables. I eat till I roll. Sparkly Jr. likes it cuz she likes Asian food and can get stuff with tofu in it (anyone elese ever see a kid who **likes** tofu in any way, shape or form .... including plain???) Sparkly tolerates us.

The other place is your basic 'school cafeteria' type place. Cheaps eats and all you can eat. Not one memorable item on the menu, but lots of 'comfort food'.

I call these 'trough restaurants' ..... cuz you eat like a pig at a trough.

3. Tofu
When I lived in NY, I loved to go into the city on Saturday mornings and shop in Chinatown. I'd stop at the tofu shop and get some. They'd put it in a little cardboard box and it would be swimming in water or whatever that is. Anyhow, I loved just digging in for little chunks and eating it "raw". Tofu.... mmmmmm .... tofu-u-u-u-u. Chinese ricotta.
