The free Readability™ tool, I like.
If you have trouble reading articles on the web cause the fonts too small. or the page doesn't fit on your screen, or some goof used a strange background,or there's so many ads that you can't find the words; this really works. Just drag to the toolbar and you are in business. Click the button and all articles will look the same in the style of your choice. I really like this.

1. I've been using it for months
I like to save the occasional article to my hard drive and oftentimes a site won't make a printable version available, blogs being one of the worse culprits. Readability strips away the side bars and sundry crap, leaving just the article. Then I print to pdf. I can turn a cluttered Web 2.0 article into a nice, clean whitepaper suitable for archiving.
