Books in the same genre as People's History?
Trying to get a list of books like A People's History of the United States together for Demopedia. If you've been curious about Demopedia this might be just the excuse you need to jump on in and add some new stuff.

From the category People's History|People's History it is defined as:

History told from the perspective of 'ordinary' people or those groups who have traditionally been missing; the poor, the oppressed, the conquered.

It would be preferable if you would sign up for Demopedia and add it, but if you would really rather not, or you do add it and can't figure out how to 'file' it in a category then you can list it here and someone else will add it.

The list so far is pretty small:

A People's History of the United States
Voices of A People's History of the United States
A People's History of the American Revolution
Nickel and Dimed
Assassination of Julius Caesar

I'll be cross posting this to the other history group.

1. I was planning to post Michael Parenti's "Democracy for the Few"
when they bring Demopedia back up.
