I want to upload an avatar and all I get is an error page.

I click on the highlighted "upload" (or was that download?) on the preferences page in the avatar part. It sends me to the error page-- Something about not finding the file. (I haven't specified any file.) At the bottom of the error page it says click here to return to previous page, but clicking there does nothing.

I tried once before but I don't think I got very far. I may have crashed and had to restart my computer.

Anyway, if I ever do get past this hurdle, what do I put in the box besides /personal/<number>.jpg?

If you've not specificed a file, that's the reason you're getting an error.

The first thing you must do is specify the file on your computer that you want to upload. Use the "BROWSE" button to locate the file on your computer and select it. (Clicking this button should open a file browser for your computer.) Once that's done, click the radio button to define which type of image it is, .jpg or .gif.

Then, click UPLOAD.

If that doesn't work:

1) What's your operating system?
2) What browser are you using?
3) Is the file you are trying to upload stored on your computer?
