Firefox and passwords problem.

Firefox and passwords problem.
I'm trying it out, but it won't allo me to login at any site requiring passwords, including DU. I told it not to remember my PW when I was logging in, and it took me right back to the front page without logging me in. I know I typed both my username and password correctly, FWIW.

Any suggestions on how to fix this, because I otherwise like the browser...

1. Try this
go to tools then click on Options then Privacy then Saved Passwords and look in there.

3. Is it set to accept cookies?
Look under Tools --> Options --> Privacy and expand the Cookies selection.

4. Had the same problem with DU & Firefox
I deleted all my DU cookies, then went back to DU and logged in, and after that it worked fine.
