Okay, for upside down text the only one I found was this site:

then just copy & paste.

for the scroll, use <marquee> in front. But, of course, use brackets - < >

To get it to blink use <blink> in front, then </blink> at the end, but, of course, use brackets - < >

Hmmmm.

Don't use < >, use the square brackets which keep turning to the angle brackets when I post. Weird. I have no idea what's going on, but you get what I mean.
