Can't upload video to youtube

I posted over at pcpitstop.com and no getting much help there. Usually they're pretty awesome, so I am not sure what the deal is,

And to add, I have recently added tivo premiere to my netowrk, it is hardwired to my router, but is seems since I got it, I've had some connection troubles.
I even disconnected the ethernet cord thinking that might be it. no dice. The tivo has an assigned ip by the way.
Any ideas appreciated!

And It literally blasts my internet connection, resetting my router.

My son't laptop was able to upload the video. I tried again. No good. I disconnected my tivo premiere ethernet connection, rebooted the internet connection and my router, tried upload again. No good.
Asked my son to upload a video from his laptop...did it in no time.
So it seems that there is some setting or changed setting on my main desktop that is interfering, or messing with my connection.
Anyone have any ideas?
My connection speeds are as fast as they should be. Watching videos online is fine. It's just uploading.
