Weird Windows 7 behaviour
I have several programs pinned to the taskbar. Just today, I noticed that two of them have changed icons to something else. For instance, my shortcut to Shogun: Total War icon is now a Firefox icon, but it still directs to Shogun.

Any ideas? And how do I switch the icon back, without unpinning and repinning?

1. Right click on the pinned icon
Then right click again on the program in the context menu that appears. Check that Properties point to the correct .exe file.

2. Worth a try - rebuild the icon cache.
This has been an issue with Windows versions going all the way back to 95 and maybe even 3.x if I remember correctly.
