Firefox display
3.6.15 - Some websites will not display. Either the spacing is freaked out or there are just underlines up and down the page.
No updates available. This started with the last update.

What's up with this? Is there a fix? Thank you!

1. Can you post a link to one of the sites?
I'm using the same version you are.

8. same here
At first I thought I was blocking their script but that wasn't it either. Loaded with Chromium (open source version of Google Chrome).

At least you know it's not unique to your configuration.

10. yeah...
It's a mystery, though. There have been multiple sites that just load, like underlines, on the page. No real content. I have the IE tab for Firefox. Hate to use it though. Friend told me yesterday she really likes IE9.

Wonder if Mozilla is aware of this?

15. Another one
This shows the lines. I disabled Ad Block, and there was no change. But .. last week I had to disable AB to get my bank page to load.

I'm stumped. Bad profile/update/install? A Hosts thing? AdBlock Plus? No-Script?

4. Is that why I cannot see the videos on youtube? I hear the sound, but there
is just a big white space where the video should be...

6. Another Flash patch coming next week.
http://www.adobe.com/support/security/advisories/apsa11-01.html

We are in the process of finalizing a fix for the issue and expect to make available an update for Flash Player 10.x and earlier versions ...and an update for Adobe Acrobat X (10.0.1) and earlier 10.x and 9.x versions....versions during the week of March 21, 2011. Because Adobe Reader X Protected Mode would prevent an exploit of this kind from executing, we are currently planning to address this issue in Adobe Reader X for Windows with the next quarterly security update for Adobe Reader, currently scheduled for June 14, 2011.
