My start bar that is usually at the bottom of the screen is now on the
right side of the screen. I don't know what I did to make it that way or how to get it back on the bottom.

3. try this ...
the above poster is correct ... it's a matter of clicking and dragging ...

but it may matter where you click ...

i'm able to reproduce your problem and fix it by clicking (and holding) in the blank area right next to (i.e. just above) the system tray and then dragging the taskbar to the bottom of my screen ... fyi, the system tray is the area on the taskbar that includes your clock ...

5. Mine does that sometimes don't panic
put your cursor on the clock and drag it back. You can play with it put in every side this way if you want to.
