I really like Mozilla but recently, it will not let me login to DU. I have to use IE. I checked the password saver and cookies tools which confirm all is good. But it still will not accept my login.
Are there any experts out there who could give me a few tips to correct this problem?
adding of DU for an allowed pop-up......It does work if I hold down the Control key when going to my DU Bookmark tab.....Jeepers, this is a tangled web.
in Firefox, go to "tools" then "options" on the menu ...
this should open a little dialog box ... on the left side of the box, click on "web features" ...
at this point you should see a checkbox for "popup blocker" ... this box is probably checked and that's fine ... in the upper right corner you should see a button that says "allowed sites"
click the "allowed sites" button and add the full url for the DU page you're trying to access ...
click the "allow" button and then click the "OK" button ...
