Anyone Recommend Streaming A/V Capture software?

I haven't used any, but would like to capture some InterNet video for personal library and documentation.

I googled, and there appears to be many different capture programs with a variety of features.

Is anyone using a Streaming Audio/Video Capture utility they are happy with?

I can usually grab what I need. It has an analysis function that's great (finds where the stream is originating from).
