This is a very large and very active site and it can be addictive just like DU.

I like AUMHA for assorted advice on specific Windows issues:

Kelly's Korner for XP issues:

www.computercops.biz for security issues.

Snapfiles aka WebAttack for reliable freeware downloads:
http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/freeware.html

They have well written reviews/descriptions of their inventory & I've gotten a lot of good stuff there.

I also use Googles Advanced Groups pre-saved for the XP groups.
As long as you stick with the MVPs initially, until you know who the reliable posters are, you can usually get help there.
