I need some advice

Anybody, a little pup is in my home tonight from the pound with pneumonia, how it came to be doesn't matter, I had nothing to do with it. a lab 6 wks, has sub q antibiotics, I'm giving ionic silver via neb every 6hrs. for 1 min. and a tad of b complex for energy to help it cough. I got to do the best I can, any advice is welcome.
