3. two things that bug me about the broadcast of dog shows
1. freaking poodles win 90% of time for group
2. the show sometimes gets cut short, and not all dogs in the group are shown

but I still watch it, and complain loudly when the freaking poodles win...

4. That's why I always watch Westminster
They show every dog, giving equal time to all.

I was going to say that I think the terriers win a large part of the time. My boy Sheridan and I call foul. More Goldens should be chosen.

5. we always root for
mastiffs and greyhounds

Mastiffs because my partner use to raise them, and greyhounds because we have 2 of them

but we're not bias - as long as the freaking poodles don't win

6. Aren't sight hounds the greatest?

We've a couple of borzois and a whippet. Don't remember a sighthound
ever winning Best of Show anywhere except in England. Can't remember a zoi
even winning best of group even. Know what you mean about the poodle thing. z

Okay, Corky isn't going to win any dog shows but he's got some poodle in him and he's cute as the dickens! :)

11. Damn poodles!
That was a joke - but I show in the same group as two poodles (the non-sporting group) and it sucks that the poodles always take the group placements!

The Shiba that won this year is a nephew to one of my dogs - my girl won BOS last year - I tend to do the show every other year because it is expensive and exhausting.
