ARGOS comes for a visit, bigger than the stove!!!
Argos came for a visit today! What a dog!

Argos and Grandma, ME

As big as the stove

Not Argos, my newest baby Mitzy, who joined our pack after my dad died in December.

Thanks for letting me share!

1. Two sweet puppies! How is Mitzy adjusting?
I am sorry to hear about your Dad.

How old is Argos now? 5 months? 6?

:hi:

2. He is almost 9 months.
Thanks for the condolence. We lost both my mom and dad this year. The furbabies are my salvation. You can't let down when they are smiling up at you. Mitzy has been somewhat lost but she is the sister of Zoey, my other dog, so they spend lots of quality time together.

3. Zooey is a sweet baby, too.
I would guess, based on my experiences with dogs, that it would take Mitzy a good number of months to really settle in.

She must be wondering just a bit when "vacation" will be over and she can go home.

It is really good that Zooey and Mitsy are friends --

4. He looks like he is as sweet as he is big. Mitzy and Zooey are adorable.

6. I will do that, they just love other dogs!
My son took Argos to a new PetSmart opening and he said little kids especially came right up to him for a pet. He says Argos stays extra still like he knows he has to be careful around kids. He is very quiet around other dogs also and is tolerant of their greeting and smelling. It's a good thing too, with a dog that big, that he is a gentle giant. I can't imagine what an agressive Mastiff would be like.

7. I've only known a few Mastiffs in my life and they were all
gentle and sweet :-). My Murphy is a little Napoleon, I have to watch him around children and other dogs - he's an ACD and very protective of me. Cindy is the larger dog (95 lbs) and she is very sweet with kids and other dogs.
