Anyone here know about sled dogs (Siberian Husky)

I have one next door that is being neglected.
I'm wondering if a sled dog teams take adoptions.
The owner claims he's purebred Siberian Husky.

2. maybe see if there is a sled dog club in your area.

i know that there is an active one around chicago. i have seen them training in the forest preserve. always sad to see an unemployed working dog.

4. Sled dogs aren't all Siberians

I thought they were until I went to Alaska to visit my daughter and we went to a sled race. I would say at least 90% of the dogs were mutts of one kind or another and very few were purebred Siberian Huskies.
