I can not post anything anymore without being attacked. I did not like that Obama on Randi said to get over the vote, Randi did not like it either.

I have been attacked viciously, one right after the other. I just said not to say get over it to Floridians. I am now the official destroyer of the Democratic Party. It is unreal how viciously I have been attacked.

We met with one of the DEC people today, she visited a while. I was stunned at the right wing talking points she spewed. She is nice, but she is falling for it all. I have to deal with it here locally, and I can't take it here anymore.

They win. No one does anything, even when I was called a maniac. Let them have it.

Alliances are a lot easier to make when a little gratitude is added.

Where we went wrong is putting out for good of the party. There are many, many who are expert at using the grassroots as ladder rungs.

Not sure it matters. They all love the status quo too much and blame the Republicans for it...they are all happy little Dem ostriches with their heads in the sand.

And many here are terrified of change.

After today and standing up for myself on threads that should have been locked early on, I feel like nothing matters.

Trying to get folks to get out of the way of the trainwreck is HARD! A lot of the time I would like to give up too. And this is with folks that are supposed to be on OUR side.

But I keep going. I have no idea why. I guess its because I feel for myself that I cannot sit idly by. I cannot make my words nice so others are comforted. There is too much at stake.

I hope you don't give up MadFloridian, yours is an important voice on this board. The efforts you put into keeping us informed are nothing short of heroic. I can't speak for anyone else but I appreciate each and every thing that you do, especially in the face of nastiness from folks that we should naturally be getting along with.

On the other hand,I found out about some construction tonight--I knew we had to move, but I'm not willing to live with cars to-the-mall whizzing by.

That will happen soon where I live, so I'll have to move.

I also heard about some Udall rumors, in addition to the Heath ones.

Things are looking up for Colorado---but maybe not where I live.
