Much profound information, and encouragement. Wish I had read this before the tornado warnings yesterday!! I've received so much insight from this letter. Oh, and by the way,....Wed. I had a chance to see what it's like waiting in line at our local food pantry in town. It was the first time I've gone in person, and was very enlightening.Had good conversations with people in town I hadn't met before, and there was a lot of sharing of each other's problems. I used this time to SHINE SOME LIGHT ( many reciprocated smiles, and even some hugs.) God also gave me an opportunity to "pay it forward" with one young lady. I'm so grateful that I went and that I met her, and that spirit told me that this was the right circumstance to do something!! I've told no other about it, or what was involved, but it sure felt good to be able to follow spirit's lead!!!! LUV YA ! JA

I did a "pay it forward" the other day--on impulse I paid for the person behind me in the Dunkin' Donuts drive-through. The cashier gave me the person's receipt (I think she thought we were together) and it turned out it only cost an extra dollar and change. I can handle THAT.

has been in the hospital for a month and has now been transferred to a rehab center. I don't remember reading anything about this previously, but will ask the Universe to swaddle Bob and Suzy in a blanket of healing and comforting energy.
