Did that UFO Swallow an Airplane?

I've watched this about five times now. A plane is flying along and we see a saucer flying after it. The person taping the video is unsteady at holding the camera and both the plane and the saucer are hidden behind a house for a second when the videographer tilts the camera.

In awhile, the plane with the saucer still behind it emerge. The saucer again flies behind and over the plane. Then it swoops down and appears to swallow the plane.

I read a few pages of the comments and find this observation interesting:

"Before disappearing behind the roof, the leading object seems to have conventional airplane wings. After the objects reappear from behind the roof, they could well be two ufos. It is not unusual to hear about two ufos merging into one and shooting off. Perhaps the airplane did a u-turn while behind the roof."

The person who taped it has said it was real, then said it was a hoax, and then retracted that it was a hoax. Now he claims he was scared of the pressure that would be put on him and says it is for real.

Whatever the case actually is, it's an interesting, intriguing video to watch.

We can get that kind of commentary in GD. There would be no need to post here if ridicule and smirking were the norm. That is the purpose of our forum--to be able to discuss this type of thing without this sort of response.

I wanted to elaborate on two things, though:

a) the poster's comment I refer to in my OP is true. There have been many instances where UFOs are seen dividing and shooting off into separate directions. There is ample video footage of this at youtube and other video sites around the web. It would be easy enough to track whether the plane went in another direction, though, through witnesses or flight records. Someone will undoubtedly try to do that and there may be some follow-up.

b) second, this is not the first situation like this. In my extensive reading about UFOs, I know of one or two other cases where a plane was flying and witnesses saw it appear to be "absorbed" by the UFO. I will have to think about where I saw those reports and maybe I can find them and add them to this thread.

The only question I have, is how was he able to show different versions with zoom if he only had one camera? I've never used a video camera so I don't know if that is possible.

but I saw something eerily similar to this as a child - an airplane, with something that emitted a blinking light and a beeping sound CIRCLING it, then HITTING it, then something falling from the airplane - and then a bit of missing time. My cousin was with me and recalls the same chain of events....but of course no one believed us "kids"

So even though the poster of the vid said in the "info" section that the authorities didn't investigate because no planes were reported missing, it seems that the plane-shaped thing might have been a drone that was retrieved by a "mother ship" sort of thing.

And this topic reminds me of something I saw the other morning that freaked me out (PTSD from 9/11?)--I was driving west and saw a plane flying overhead, circling the perimeter of the area. It was totally white--not one identifying mark on it whatsoever, not even on the tail. It flew pretty low, and I watched it fly all the way around the horizon, then it flew north and out of sight. What the heck was THAT?

down and engulfs the lower object then takes off vertically has WINGS. I even paused it to see if I could get a better look. There are two whitish things to either side that appear almost to flap like wings. Dunno what it IS, but whatever it is looks winged to me. Does anyone else see that? Or is it just me? Curious.
