I've never seen the triquatra with circles, but rather the more oblong symbols interwoven.



Is this the same idea though? Is the triquatra what you speak of when you mention Three in One?

We have three levels of consciousness...
Super-consciousness ..which the Hawaiian Kahuna (teachers of the metaphysical)... call "Older-self"
conscious self....which the Kahuna call "Conscious-self"
and the sub-conscious ...which the Kahuna call "Younger-self"

The Witches and Wiccan say the Goddess is also three-in-one..
Maiden/sub-conscious self
Mother/conscious self
and Crone/super conscious self.

Many of the old religions also claim the God is also three in one..
Sun/son/child/ sub-conscious self,
Father/conscious self
and Sage/super conscious self.

Even the Patriarchal Christians believe God is three in one...Father, Son and Holy Ghost (throwing out the female all together)...
I don't know if they are aware of the three levels of consciousness though :) I believe they..like most western scientists are still stuck at two levels of consciousness but I am willing to admit I may be mistaken in that belief.

Reminds me of a documentary from a few years ago of the thousands of female figurines found at archeological sites throughout Israel, with inscriptions of Asherah (Mrs. Yahweh).

The center image -- which I didn't even see -- is indeed the triquatra (my apologies if I'm misspelling it; I know there are variations and preferences).

my daughter was such a big fan of it, too, but I always teased her with one of the especially bad (acting) and corresponding sp.effects of a bad guy being vanquished. :rofl:

And I'm not ashamed that as old as I am, I loved those kick-ass girls!

That show was well done. And the sexy sassy fashionista stuff was done in a way that wasn't dimwitted. They DID kick ass.

Oh, and the Cole character? The actor's name is Julian McMahon. DEAR GODDESS.....what a beauuuuutiful specimen he was. I don't tend to care for him on anything else, but that character did it for me.
