4. Caught during a rare moment of "down time", so
they were a little annoyed at me for interrupting their nap, but that's the only way to get a snap of them. We went to the vet last week for their first worming, etc., and found out there are 5 males and 1 female (the little black one that is not looking at the camera). They are the sweetest little guys, too. Really loving and purry.

10. She's great
and such a good mama. She's so gentle with them, but also needs some away time, so I usually let her out of the "nursery" room at various times during the day (easy to do while I'm currently unemployed).

Two friends have offered to adopt the mama cat if I spring to get her spayed, but I don't know if I can part with her now. She's a member of the family.

I've found a great rescue group that works out of PetSmart -- that is they set up their adoption tables at PetSmart every weekend -- and they're going to work with me to find homes for the babies, get them spayed/neutered, etc.

6. Joy, joy, joy!!! What could possibly be more wonderful than
a big heap o' kittens! I am in love. You must be a great cat mother if your kitties are happy and purry.

12. Yes, one of my family's favorite sayings is
"Cats are the leisure kings of the animal world."

You want to learn how to completely relax, watch a cat.

13. Wish I could take ALL of them,
however, that is what has gotten me into trouble of having seven. I just couldn't part with any of them.

I used PetSmart when we rescued my last litter of babies. They were very helpful in offering immediate help and gave me the number of the Kittie Rescue Squad. And with everyone's help not one of the kitties died, which was a huge concern for a few days.

You're a kind person to help out the way you did

PS: Don't you just wish they could stay kittens for just a while longer.
