All right, time to make it SPI-SAY!
http://www.thecurryguru.com/

Good chef Sadd Ghazi proffers extremely mild through EXTREMELY HOT curry powder, his own blending, for maximum health and benefit, as well as herbs, homeopathics, and much more. I've been a staunch fan of his food for decades now and with this am hoping to pass along his great work to you.

:hi:

2. ;)
From the Twin Peaks cosmology: "Through the days of future passed, Magician longs to see. One chance out between two worlds: Fire, walk with me."

DU doesn't provide commas in their Forum Names

Saad does produce the 1 star curry which is mild enough for a baby, he says (and I can confirm), unless there is a zero star and I'm confusing it.

Truly wonderful, healthy food. :hi:

What is curry+?

Curry alone was good but it didn't satisfy every palate and need. Now, mixed with other herbs and spices it has become the ultimate food...for physically and mentally active people, who believe in high energy and feeling good without craving cigarettes, alcohol, chemicals or drugs."

For the concerned, there is indeed a 0 star curry. Only the 2 star is rated as "little hot".

Definitely one of my favorite things in the world, hope that you might enjoy it as well!

6. No, I haven't watched through the video on the home page just yet
and I haven't ordered up the FN kit...you can email him with any questions, he's quite a nice guy and more than willing to help.

His recipe for the curry powder usually includes using his mustard oil, although of course you can use anything similar. Chop up one large onion, saute until they begin to become clear, add meat (or other if using low spice curry) and when it begins to cook, add the curry. Add a little filtered water if required. Stir every so often to let the meat cook through. Look for "tiny bubbles" in the curry to know it's there.

Cheers!

7. Yummy! I love curry
A couple of years ago, my cholesterol test came back a bit high. Nothing to worry about, and my doctor loathes to shove pills on people unless other avenues have been looked at (especially diet; she's very holistic for an allopathic doctor). The next year, after my test, it was significantly lower. She said whatever you're doing, keep it up! I had gone on a massive curry kick in that space of time, and that's what we attributed the change to, as my diet hadn't changed with that one exception. She was even convinced to add more curry to her diet, too. :)

Hey FWWM! Hope you're doing well. :hi:

8. OMG! I love love LOVE hot curry!
and have not been able to find any --- and I have looked too! (Just recently I found 2 curry blends that sound really food, but aren't hot. I was going to try them anyway, and add my own heat.)

Seriously, thank you so much. :woohoo:

I will be ordering some very soon. I'll have to email them though, because it's only letting me buy one thing at a time. Every time I try to add another item, it 'loses' the previous item. (?)

Years ago I went to Fiji, and discovered many delightful and wonderful things... one of which was hot Indian curry. OMG. I had never tasted anything like that before (and I'm from Tucson so I'm used to hot Mexican food). A large percentage of the population in Fiji is Indian. (Imported by Britain as indentured laborers to work the sugar cane plantations, hence the strong influence in foods, etc). It's a sad, painful history.

Again, thank you so much.

12. You're welcome!
Try the 4* in varying amounts to see where it is hotwise. Then get the 10*, which is IIRC six times hotter :scared: and is true food, not just pepper soup.

To quote Lisa Simpson when Apu cooked for them...."I can see through time.":hi:
