I would like to solicit healing vibes for my Precious Kilala
Her health is declining very rapidly and we are at the Cosmos mercy. I made an appointment yesterday, however, they couldn't see her until Monday late afternoon. Unfortunately her health is taken a turn for the worse, as she isn't eating or drinking water, and she is having a hard time expelling her waste. I gave her some Laxatone that we had from some of our previous babies.

I'm prepared for when her time comes, but it is never easy losing someone we love. She has been with us since 2000, and she was the kitty we rescued at hubby's parents house. We had originally named her Tasmania, but she never cared for that name, and never responded to it. But when I renamed her Kilala she :loveya: that one and always came whenever we called her by her new name.

I'm very fearful she won't make it through the day

TIA

1. I will send prayers
I adopted two cats back in 2000 and am lucky that they are still with me. I dread the day when they must leave the mortal plane.

6. Sending love ...
...I have two kitties from 2000 and they are my constant companions. One is sick and I cannot afford to take her to the vet but she is eating and drinking water. I try to help her with her discomfort by being with her and letting her "hog me out" whenever I sit or lay down because somehow I suspect a little gentle petting and my voice will soothe her. She and her sister have helped me through some traumatic times and now I feel bad I cannot help her as much as I wish I could. I am glad yours might be able to see someone who can help her.

If it helps any, I visualize things for my cats (learned about that on pet psychics), like a soft warm place, telling her how much I love her from my heart, and "talking" about some sunny place she used to love, etc.

I will pray your little one gets to the vet.

It is never easy when our little furry children take ill...I know that feeling of helplessness is heartwrenching.

Blessings and love for your baby to pull through, and if she needs to leave this planet, may it be easy and painless and may her spirit find you once again...

11. **UPDATE: We canceled the appt. today to have Kilala put to sleep**
On several occasions Kilala has indicated she is in pain. Her meows are so gut wrenching that we made a decision to have her put down. I called at 8:30 this morning and they said we could bring her in at 11:45. As the time drew near we questioned our decision, after many bouts of crying we decided to try and help her with metaphysical aid, as well as using some saline solution we had on hand from last year when we rescued our 3 kitty babies. We will administer this to her to try and rehydrate her. This should also help with her constipation.

Hubby is busy researching how to proceed. Kilala seems to be resting comfortably. I have been using my energy healing techniques I have learned over the years.

Wish us LUCK as we venture into the realm of vibrational healing from the power of the Cosmic Mind.

And I would like to express my gratitude to ALL of you as we deal with such a sad situation :grouphug:

15. Completely understandable
We went through the same thing when we were debating whether or not to have our Dilbert put down last summer. So many doubts, such a deep-seated love and desire to heal and not cut off their life prematurely. Sending more light that you may find a way to help Kilala.

17. **FINAL UPDATE** Kilala passed through Transition this Evening
This was especially hard since this was so sudden. We gave her the saline solution and we all rested from around 2:30 till 5:30 when Kilala woke me up with her cries. I moved her closer and petted her and let her know it was alright for her to let go of her body spirit and to join the Cosmic Mind. I let her know that we tried to offer our help and that we weren't able to overcome the obstacles of her illness. I sang my "special song" that is a releasing song based on the original of "Please Release Me Let Me Go." I sang this version of my song for my FIL when I was exhausted before falling to sleep, and he was awaiting the final curtain call. I believe he heard the song as he passed through transition during the night and even visited me in my "dream" which woke me up as I felt someone tugging on my toes. I thought it was hubby, but no one was there when I woke up. I went back to sleep and a few hours later I got another tug on my toes, this time it was my hubby letting me know his dad had passed.

We cried and cried for our sweet little Kilala. She offered us so much joy and happiness. Always there to give me kisses whenever I would ask for them. Kissing me to sleep, which she would get carried away and lick my hair, very strange sensation. I didn't particularly like it. She loved to tuck me into bed and sleep next to me.

She was such a comfort to hubby when our beloved Tasha passed on (she was our best friend's cat which we took in when he died from AIDS complications, along with his dog Katonga Girlie) she let him know she was there for him, and offered her loving embrace.

We brought her into the living room so the other kitties could say their goodbyes. Inuyasha was the only one who offered her some kisses. She then tried to get up which she had already lost most of her motor skills. I called to hubby and we took her back to our bedroom placed her on the bed and she left her body behind as her Spirit Soared off into the Cosmos.

We sent her off with the best intentions. Buried her next to her dearest little friend Kagome 1. We lit some incense for her and two sparklers.

Also the box we placed her in has our return address on it, so she knows where to return :loveya:

Again Thank You to everyone who offered her your loving support, hubby and I appreciate it.

K I L A L A ........... YOU WILL BE MISSED

And so have you and your husband, MagickMuffin. Please take heart knowing that she is so happy to have shed the heaviness of the body and feeling like her self again, as I'm sure Tasha and Kagome 1 were there to welcome her.
Love, MagickMuffin, there for her in life, during her passage and beyond.

30. Dear, dear MagickMuffin, your sweet little Kilala is lying on God's
bed for awhile. I expect you'll soon feel her back in your bed, licking, purring, when you get ready for sleep. You are a great cat mother and I know she was grateful to have you as her guardian human here on earth.

Cat Heaven

The way to Cat Heaven
Is a field of sweet grass
Where crickets
And butterflies play.
A cat may be late in getting to Heaven…
There’s just so much fun on the way!

But an angel will wait
At the yellow front door,
Wait till a kitty
comes home.
And when she arrives,
he’ll give her a kiss
and some milk
in a bowl of her own.

There are trees
In Cat Heaven,
Trees made
Just for cats,
Trees growing
So green and so high,
But no one
gets stuck
in a tree
anymore—
if a cat
wants down,
she will fly!

And oh, all the toys,
Kitty toys everywhere,
Thousand and thousands
Go by.
There are buttons and baubles
And small cotton mice—
There is catnip
Afloat in the sky!

There are angels,
Of course,
With soft angel laps
Where kitties can purr
Loud and strong.

The angels will rub
Kitties’ noses and ears
And sing them
A Cat Heaven song.
And when cats are hungry,
There’s God’s kitchen counter
All covered with
White kitty dishes,
Full of tuna and salmon
And mounds of sardines,
And wonderful little pink fishes.

The cats in Cat Heaven
Are so loved and spoiled
God lets them all
Lie on His bed…
He walks
In His garden
With a good black book
And a kitty
Asleep on His head.

Then when a cat needs,
She may just simply ponder
And watch the blue world deep and wide…
She will watch the old house
Where she once lived and wandered,
And the people
Who loved her inside.

All cats love Heaven,
They know the way there,
They know where
The angel cats fly.
They’ll run past the stars
And the moon and the sun…
…to curl up with God in the sky.

From Cat Heaven, written and illustrated by Cynthia Rylant, who also authored Dog Heaven

messages as I was out of range, so am just now sending my condolences.
I lost my grey persian several months ago and she was 16 years old. It is a
very difficult time and often non-animal lovers cease to sense or feel the hurt
and pain we are going through.

Your kitty was BEAUTIFUL!!! and I hope we all meet these precious wonders
when our time comes.

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!!!

37. I'm sorry for your loss, MM, but it IS a release for Kilala. I'm past the half
century mark, and as a cat lover, I've had to let many of my feline companions go. It's always been so hard, until I realized that they were ready for summerland, and ready to leave their pain and discomfort. We outlive our pets due to our much longer life spans, and I've learned that that's the price we pay for having their love and beauty in our lives. I tell myself it's not too high a price. Kilala was loved and cherished and had a wonderful life with you.
