I have been having escape dreams

and this morning I woke up and felt so strongly that Mother is saying, "here, you want oil? I'll give you oil."

I saw a documentary on a natural gas drilling last night that went awry and an island off India has been swallowed by mud lava and it feels like She is saying, "You want gas? Here have some gas."

Tough love seems to be needed right where humanity is concerned. :(

on my hands and knees. Riding that horse in a parallel universe through barns and across fields was the best one. I can't get over the saddle I was in. No cinch and no stirrups. So far, I have not escaped or reached a conclusion. I wake up exhausted and depressed.

I don't blame Mother either. I just feel so sad.

I've been raving to every person I see; in stores, on the street, where ever. When someone asks if there is anything else they can do (common question at the end of a business transaction) I always say yes; help bring about world peace, stop the gusher in the gulf and to be sure and vote democratic in November. Many people stare at me like I'm insane (but really, what does that have to do with it?) and others agree.

I agree she has got some attitude lately...

Like the abused housewife who finally turns on her abuser and rweally f___'s him up... who are you rooting for in that scenario? ya, me too...

so perhaps it is about loving our mother as she goes through the transition toward her own health & harmony, realizing that humanity may be 'bottlenecked' if not worse by her need for clearing... I have to say that If I were to go down in the flames of the end of the species, I'd gladly give my life to heal our mother. :cry: I hope, .....no...I KNOW she will do fine. but we'd better pull our collective heads out of our asses and stop the madness..!!!

and it doesn't seem possible. Every day it becomes more insane and out of balance. The only good thing I've heard is that maybe by flooding the fields the migrating birds will have respite. Of course, it will mean less food for others.

In the past, I seemed to be able to ground myself in the center of my own being. Now it feels impossible. I think because my only big concern was my mortality. But now it is the mortality of the earth herself and I am helpless. I am trying to get hold of myself, but I'm too busy escaping.
