Do you guys know that 'short story' quote...?

Chapter 1
I was walking down the street - there was a big hole in the sidewalk - I fell in. It wasn't my fault, and it took me a long time to get out of it.

Chapter 2
I was walking down the street - there was a big hole in the sidewalk - I tried to avoid it but I fell in. It wasn't my fault. It took me a long time to get out of it.

Chapter 3
I was walking down the street - I saw the big hole in the sidewalk, but I fell in it anyway. It was my fault, but I knew how to get out of it quickly by now.

Chapter 4
I was walking down the street. I saw the big hole in the sidewalk. I carefully walked around it.

Chapter 5
I chose a different street.

I feel like i am *right* there, somewhere between chapter 3 & 4...
(Wonder if anyone here knows who wrote this or where it came from?)

Anyway...I am just waxing poetic for a sunday, and wondering what is going to happen *this* week.
Feeling so very 'on the edge' of something BIG. and at the same time I think I haven't changed all THAT much recently, have I? lol
Choices are becoming so much clearer, security in my reality is giving me a chance to grow other peices i have been unable to tend to for a long time...and there is this ever-present, ever-growing, sense that I am actually REALLY co-creating something right here in front of me.
does anyone here get that same feeling?

just this morning big revelations and energy work. I meditated a bit while in the shower, and got through a rough spot with my youngest without going into "yelling mode" and managed to ground us both and take a minute to check my email

boy who i dumped for toxicity issues is trying to get my attention, 'poked me' on FB and now sends a email last night inviting me over to hang out and watch a movie and drink beer...all casual, like he gave me a couple days to get over it and expects me to come back. If nothing else, just to get my rocks off. But i would rather hold out for what I really want, and i know the shift on my attitude is creating 'him' just around the next corner, literally.

and my horoscope, the next email I open, says this:
"Make a wish -- but be sure it's what you really want and what you're really ready for, because it will almost certainly come true."

To be honest, no.

What I'm pondering is how to tell the difference between a heartfelt dream and delusion.

There seems to be a very fine line there....

Chapter One
I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I fall in.
I am lost .... I am helpless.
It isn't my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.

Chapter Two
I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend that I don't see it.
I fall in again.
I can't believe I am in this same place.
But, it isn't my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.

Chapter Three
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in ... it's a habit ... but, my eyes are open.
I know where I am.
It is my fault.
I get out immediately.

Chapter Four
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.


Chapter Five
I walk down another street.

it's sooooo real for me right now

it's apparent that shining the light within is key right now...and trusting that higher Self to light the way...

even the sermon in my church yesterday was about "showing" how spirit lives in us, not 'telling'...

wow, big stuff these days...
