It loops it and in the latter half, blows it up so you can see the green thing even better.

There hasn't been anything said about a green fourth horseman. There is a red, a black, a white, and then a "pale" horse.

It appears to be an apparition of a large glowing green cloth but it does have a figure on it. The figure is riding backwards on it. Then it jumps up and dissipates.

It is very, very weird.

It really does look like someone on a horse, and notice how at the end it seems to ride up above the people into the air and then disappear....very strange indeed.

People there are saying it's more like a cross between a feline and a reptilian type of being.

I agree with one of the posters on a forum who said that the Universe works in mysterious ways (Duh, I know) and that even if it's been proven to be a reflection of the camera or something else with a "logical" explanation, it still symbolizes something for those who are awake to it.

Energetically, it felt real to me. I got goosebumps and noticed it right away even when I had no idea what I was looking for in the original video. (I love stuff like this!)

Looking at some of the slower speeds it almost seems like the "horse" morphs into a flying carpet. The human shaped figure itself seems to stay pretty much the same. Very interesting.

I'm not totally convinced. Do you notice there are three white dots (I hesitate to call them orbs, with that connotation), that appear as the apparition begins to move (look to the left, near center of the image, they are low, middle and high on the picture). If you watch them, they move exactly in the same pattern as each other and the apparition. Just pointing it out, my jury is still out as to the reality of the "green thing". Has anyone tried to track down the footage direct from the source, Euronews, and see if it appears on their version?

By the way, when I first read this thread, there was an ad for MyWebFace embedded in the posts. I just had a really nasty run-in with this "trojan", on a couple of our PCs. DO NOT click it! It loaded a boot time trojan on my laptop!

Now, as to where THEY got the clips from, I don't know of any way to track that down. The apparition IS in the original from Reuters though.

And I want so badly for it to be something, but it really does look to me like some kind of double exposure. I have absolutely no idea whether that it happen with digital formats, but it does remind me of when we would find old film and take it to be developed and it would have shadows on it. I really don't want to be the wet blanket here, because I love stuff like this.

The first time I watched, I thought I had missed it. It looked like someone was carrying a green flag or something. I was only able to see it going back through.

There does seem to be something that happens in the middle of the field of vision as the apparition begins to lift away.

"The video was being taken from a room inside a building through a glass of a window. The horse and the horseman is the reflection of a lighted decorative piece inside the room. As the cameraman moved his camera, the reflection seemed to be moving in the scene on the streets. At a particular angle the reflection can be seen no more - that's when it faded (read about "total internal reflection"). You can also see reflection of other lights inside the room."
