Anyone here affected by the energies today?
I had a migraine and body aches on Sunday and again today. I haven't had any in a while and I don't know of anything, like low barometric pressure or eating the wrong food, that precipitated them. I'm wondering whether this is a download or ascension symptoms.
Anyone else feeling aches and pains the last couple of days?

1. aches and pains
For some reason a few of my fingers have been aching, ear ache and general feeling a malaise.
I was just thinking about barometric pressure. I feel like I am coming off of Novocaine.
Is this Uranus? My ancles itch too. Fog brain.

4. I didn't get much accomplished today.
But I enjoyed just hanging out with the pups in the back yard,Watching the wildlife and chatting with neighbors over the fence.
It was a beautiful spring day here in Dayton,Ohio.

But then again I'm getting over a very emotionally intense weekend.

5. For the last week or so I haven't been able to get neough sleep
and today, am attempting to avoid one of my rare, debilitating back muscle spasms.

I have been digging ever more deeply into the resentments upon which I grasp, and releasing them, admitting to cases of pride and denial, to where I'm at fault, admitting to what I cannot do for myself...and things lift a bit when I do.

It's another cleansing, and it's serious.

15. Fire Walk With Me
Maybe a shift in perspective might be a little lighter.
Instead of beating yourself up for "resentment" Pride" and "denial"
Find the Part of you that created those responses and WHY you created those responses.
I'd be willing to bet that something happened or was said to a perfectly happy and beautiful child that made that child hurt and feel "BAD" about herself. I'm willing to bet that you use these other Defenses to protect that beautiful child.
I really don't think wanting to protect yourself warrants beating yourself up with Ugly labels.
What you might consider is acknowledging the hurt and hugging that child that was wounded.
Giving yourself love, understanding , compassion and acceptance leads right back to the happy beautiful child.

Please forgive me if I have over stepped.               :pals:

But I have been since the first of the year. Seriously.

Today was extra emotional though.

It's a good thing I work from home. Someone would have had me committed by now.

8. Sunday was wild weather and emotional, Monday much
better, although a weird day, not much accomplished but felt silly, a lot of the real me came out to play!... last night, I kept having one of those fitful sleep patterns( the kind I get with a full moon), but I remember thinking that I was actually still rested. I was mostly okay today, but then felt like I was coming down with something....took some Dr. Kim herbals, etc. and began to come around a little. Deeper meditative release this afternoon and the symptoms subsided. Doing fine I thought until my daughter climbed in the car from the bus. She had traded shoes with someone and they reeked of cat pee. That bad smell brought back a headache. Argh!!

Can you?
I had lots of dreams last night. I also had some vivid ones on Saturday night, just before I woke with a headache on Sunday.

I wonder whether lots of dreams is part of this Uranus transit.

18. Ugh, no
Still trying to work through it. I don't know. May have had something to do with my not having any of those BreatheRight strips I usually used, and I was somewhat stopped up. I'm also getting cabin fever or light deprivation or something because it has been gloomy weather so long here. Both of those things may have contributed to it. My dreams aren't all that interesting anyway because I do not ever remember the details like a lot of people here, just remember the feeling or main point.

38. Tree pollen?
There is so much pollen in the air that my poor dogs are sneezing and have watery eyes. I'm using my "snorks" (flonase spray and flovent inhaler) morning and evening to ward off asthma attacks.

Tree pollen gives me all kinds of problems, including feeling it like icy needles on exposed skin, and tummy woes.

If you have a neti pot, you might want to use it and see if that helps.
Feel better!

My current aches are the result of bending my out-of-shape body to prune the roses and then pick up the clippings from a standing position, instead using a kneeling pad. A little arnica gel should help.

I was really, really stiff on Sunday. This comes and goes.

I also need to quit eating so much candy. :-(

Mostly, I'm breathing deeply, and listening to the Pandora "healing music" channel someone here posted.

43. Yes
I kept my ear plugs in with meditation music (alpha, delta, theata and gamma) all day. It was all I could do to stay in my body today.

And I come home and see what is happening in Wisconsin and know now why I've been on edge all day.

We are nearing a tipping point. Hanging on, trying to keep my center, keep my vibration high and clear.

Something big is in the air....

Shine on, be strong. We are almost there.
Annette
