After reading Sanity Claws’ post (link above) and the responses, I feel that I need to tell all my ASAH friends about biorhythms.

Your biorhythms start at critical on the day you are born and run in cycles throughout your life. The physical cycle is 23 days; the emotional cycle is 28 days; the intellectual cycle is 33 days; and the intuition cycle is 38 days. During the high phase of each cycle, you are at your highest function, whatever that may be.

The physical cycle affects speed, coordination, physical well being, and susceptibility to illness. You may experience any of the following while physically critical or low:

Catch a cold or flu
Extreme tiredness
Injuries from accidents
Flare up of a chronic condition, such as arthritis or asthma
Headaches and/or migraines
Toothache
Difficulty speaking

The emotional cycle affects judgment and mood. You may experience any of the following while emotionally critical or low:

Weepiness
Depression
Arguments
Irritable for no apparent reason
If you go shopping, you may buy something you don’t really need.

The intellectual cycle affects memory, learning, and attention span. You may experience any of the following on an intellectually critical or low day

Inability to concentrate
Difficulty remembering names of someone or something you know very well
Drive to work and not remember the drive

When the intuitive cycle is high and depending on your sensitivity, you are more likely to be attuned to others’ feelings.

If you would like to learn more about biorhythms, there are many web sites available, both pro and con.

The weather can also affect how we feel; and I would like to recommend the book “Under the Weather,” by Pat Thomas. There is so much useful scientific information in this book that I purchased a copy for my family doctor. I hope he read it.

I have to say that after some difficult self-reflection in consideration regarding "What's my part", I feel much better today. Spirit appears tired of us not getting with the Shift, so more Shift is occuring!
