New Matthew Message. Nov. 1.
http://www.matthewbooks.com/mm/anmviewer.asp?a=44&z=2

Good stuff.

So first I comment on the indictment against “Scooter” Libby. To those who are disappointed that only he was indicted, I say: Have patience—it will be rewarded. Patrick Fitzgerald meticulously prepared this case within legal boundaries to preclude any possible disruption in the process due to a technicality. Of course, any defense of allegations based only on a legal technicality could not close the breach of public trust that the disclosed facts have created, but there is a need here for balance, for justice to be served, and it will be. Will other indictments follow? Indeed! This one is the wedge, and it’s a huge one, in exposing the web of deceit in the Bush administration. A promising adjunct to the legal process underway is the extensive news coverage; this case has greatly decreased media control over what can be withheld from the public. Will the legal measures result in convictions? Yes, they will.

-snip-

Mr. Fitzgerald is one of the most protected individuals on Earth, and his soul contract called for everything that has prepared him to superbly carry out his primary—and critical!—mission of this lifetime. To answer further would be an invasion of this highly evolved soul’s privacy.

1. Sounds very encouraging!
I do also think that the Bush administration will not seek out it's full term. For whatever purpose I don't get anything passed 2006 and I think we'll see more of Kerry/Edwards. Of course I don't know and things can change, but one thing I feel strongly about and secure in stating is Bush won't see his whole term out (not death or anything like that).

2. A change in the government at the end of this year?
That's less than two months.

6. If this is to happen, it would have to be through a coup.
Any other means like impeachment trials would take much longer, especially with this Congress and the almost sure possibility that the Republicans would try to obstruct as much as possible.

8. He says his timetable is different than ours
He has tried to say several times that when he discusses time, we shouldn't always take it literally. Their time frames are very different than ours.

3. this is very cool
as i was reading it i remembered a conversation that my partner, my best friend and i had several months ago. each of us had an unshakeable feeling that huge changes were a-brewing, my partner felt them on a personal level, i felt themon a national level and my best friend felt them on a global level. i shared this link with them today and reminded them of that night at the coffee shop.

5. Sounds good
I remember last November getting this feeling right before the election happened that Bush will go down and this feeling was very secure and strong in letting me know. I didn't get any time frame sense: just that it'd happen.

7. You should go back and read some of his other messages.
I'm not sure how much of it I believe, but they make me feel more hopeful.

9. I've been reading some of the old transcriptions
It's interesting how compelling and hopeful the Matthew messages are but...

I wonder if anyone who's been following the messages has ever gone back and really compared Matthew's statements with how things actually turned out later. I'd be concerned that these messages, with their decidedly liberal stance (and that's not a bad thing) might be reason for too much complacency.

Matthew predicted Kerry would be the next president. That's a pretty big error in foresight. Lots of other things that weren't quite on target either.

I'm not being a naysayer here. Hope from any quarter is helpful, but I'd like to hear from believers about how they view Matthew's less then stellar track record so far.

10. Kerry was our next elected president
I don't even think the election was close. The reasons why he conceded so quickly and easily I hope will become known someday.

I just started reading Matthew and find it facinating. I noticed he has talked about his predictions, clarifying that people have free will which can always change or modify the outcome. He's giving his account from a bigger picture that we can't see of where we're headed, but free will from so many people/souls can always modify the path and outcome. It makes sense to me.

11. Kerry was our next elected president
Well, yeah. I guess you could argue that. But it's a little weak. The free will answer is a good one though, I think. What it would mean then is that predictions are really more like probability scenarios. The more facts you have, the more useful your prognostications are. Kind of like a weather report.

Would you say then it's more the cosmic view of things he gives that's the compelling thing, not so much the predictions? The idea of the earth moving into a denser and more accelerated region of time/space? Moving into a more mythic experience of time that's measured in terms of consciousness and the impact of consciousness on the experience of events?

Do you believe that the earth is currently renewing itself and will emerge from this transition utterly transformed and healed in a new octave? Would this be any different from the viewpoint that the current earth existence is about to die off and that consciousness of all life here will continue in a higher plane of earth existence? An astral afterlife?

It reminds me in a way of the Jehovah's Witness's concept of the new heaven and new earth. Earth will become a garden and a kind of petting zoo? (Sorry, I couldn't resist the joke.) I'd like to know what you think is the difference here? I'm trying to understand what the eschatology is.

12. I learned long ago that we only see the tip of the iceberg
Possibilities are infinite and our limitations are our own. There are many religions that point to the renewal of this world coming up soon. I find these possibilities positive and hopeful in a very screwed up and demoralizing world. Call me Pollyanna - oh yeah, my husband does quite often, but positive thinking and hoping for a better tomorrow is an attitude I'm much more comfortable having. I'm just starting to try to understand this and I'm always being asked for proof of my ideals. I keep my mind open until something is proven to be real or proven to be false. Until then, I realize I'm seeing the tip of that iceberg; what's beneath it will eventually be known for all to see, I hope.

14. Did he predict that?
I reread some of the messages and he seemed to be saying that it was unclear who would win but that it didn't matter; both were controlled by the same forces, just different factions. He saw the thing of light as the people getting out and voting. I think this was in the Oct. 26 newsletter.
Do you have a cite? Do you think he changed the message later to be consistent with reality?

"As it appears now, the campaigns will continue to roll and dominate your attention, the election will be held on schedule, and John Kerry will be the next US president by 'the voters' choice."

18. Thanks for responding
I read only a few selected newsletters and he seemed to be less specific in later ones.
Did you see where he said Bush is a clone? The author of this website is a bit out there, isn't he?
