Energy update from Lauren Gorgo

Hey guys...I had a "feeling" one of these updates was on the way...AND, I heard the humming today while outside and couldn't figure out what it was. It was like could hear the air or something! I was telling my husband about it earlier and mentioned that I wonder if Lauren would have anything in her next update, and as soon as I sat down at the pc, there was the update and she mentions it (toward the end). Things are getting verrrrry innnterrrressting people!

3. hehe---moving the vehicle!

this is something that';s been ocurring more & more for me...and it is less and less about 'exercise'

the new job has a lot of 'events' and that requires setup and breakdown and lots of schlepping...very physical!
also, took the kids on a hike yesterday that ended up being not 1 mile but 4+ miles, and it was mostly uphill in the high country...
though my legs felt like noodles by the end of it, and my feet hurt last night...i'm pleasantly surprised at my pliability today...and that is without my arthritis meds!!! yay!

perhaps i can meditate on leaving those 3D illnesses behind!?

In reference to the sound thing, for the last two days, I have been hearing something very faint that reminds me of a Tibetan singing bowl. At first I was concerned that it was tinnitus, but it really isn't the same sound.
