Next Full Moon on my Natal Moon EXACTLY

Has this happened to any of you and what happened when it did?

It's not like me to ask for opinions on my personal chart, but I must admit this next full moon has me worried. The December 15 full moon is at 23'47" Gemini and my Natal Moon is at 23'43" Gemini. I have already had to deal with Pluto opposing my natal moon for quite a while now, but what does this hit mean? Not only that, but my natal moon is considered "Out of Bounds" and this Full Moon is also considered "Out of Bounds." I'm not exactly sure what that means.

I will tell you that my Mom is dying of lung cancer, maybe she will go with this full moon? I guess that would make sense. Not that this would not "hurt," but we all "expect" that to happen, so I'm wondering what else this could mean.

Do you astrology buffs think I should be concerned? My birth data is 9/22/1951 at 11:55 a.m. in Newnan, Georgia USA if you are inclined to have a look; otherwise, what are your feelings on a hit like this?

But it is still close. This is in your 7th house.
The full moon in your seventh house will emphasize your partnerships and close relationships, including marriage. This is a commonly occuring conjunction of your natal and the transiting moon, and as it occurs monthly, the main issue is what else is happening? Saturn in your 8th house is trine natal jupiter in your 4th; this would indicate something happening in your home or your feeling of "home," and that could indicate your mother's illness. However, this is not a fast transit, but a slow one. The eighth house rules endings, so it would appear that something regarding your fourth house is now ending. The fourth house rules our land, estates, home. Not money. You also have transiting mercury in Sag. square your natal Venus (virgo) in your ninth house. A fast transit; one that indicates a message from your 12th to your ninth houses; The 12th house rules our hidden lives, secrets and animals. In your case it could also symbolize sex, as Scorpio is the sign in your 12th. The Ninth also rules higher education, philosophy and foreign lands. So it could be a message about one of those issues.

The moon itself, becoming full on the natal moon, is not that big of a deal. It does shed a lot of light on that spot in your chart; that is all. I imagine it could be significant day for you regarding your partnerships, and it could mean a chance to go out with a significant other to a "foreign" place, but I don't see it as being malefic by any means.

I don't think you need to be concerned undully; however, as your mother is dying of lung cancer, she could very well decide to leave Earth at this time.

It will trigger Pluto opposite your natal Moon which does have a lot to do with your Mom. Also the Saturn and Mars square are both in aspect to your Moon for much of this month, making the Pluto transit more intense as well. If your Moon is 24Gemini13, then Mars is semisquare it through the 23rd and Saturn will be semisquare from the 28th through January 11. The Pluto transit is exact on December 14. I am sorry about your mom. being ill. All these aspects on your Moon show that your mom's illness and the strain of it on you are the central focus this month through early January.

I thought it unusual for a full moon to have the same degree as a natal moon, I mean, how often can that happen in one's life? I would think only a few times.

But Nancy is a real astrologer. I, on the other hand, rely primarily on a smattering of knowledge in the astrology arena and a larger amount of intuition - not an exact science at all.
One thing I have found out over the last 55 years is, you can never know what is really going to happen. All you can do is speculate based on the clues. Sometimes our inner voices tell us more about future events than astrology can. A great deal of what happens to us is up to us, in the choices we make and the opportunities we seek. This is why a person with many trines in their chart often amount to little in life; everything is done for them and they have few challenges. A person with a lot of squares, retrograde planets and oppositions can often do great things, especially if they have a few gifts thrown in for good measure.
