Does anyone understand exactly what is meant by "Earth's Ascension," "accompany the planet into fourth density," and similar phrases? Is this a PHYSICAL "death" and subsequent "life" in another plane of existence? Is it a spiritual ascension, but still in this body on this earth? Is it a Rapture? A parallel universe?

I have been looking for the past 2 days, so i knew it was time... that's a first for me! ;)

Ascension in my mind has to do with the shift of vibration, which i don't think we really can fully grasp until it happens.
My 'uncle' the shaman has explained that those who cannot raise their vibration along with the earth as it shifts will seem to die on this plane, but will go to another planet where they can continue the lower vibration lessons they need...

that's all I know for now, have you ever read or heard of Gragg Braaden "awakening to zero point"...that is a good explanation...

My library doesn't have that book, but I've reserved Braden's "The Divine Matrix." Maybe it has something about the shift. Thanks for the tip!

So... those who do ascend with the earth will be burying the bodies of those who don't. And those who don't will reincarnate elsewhere to continue their lessons? Or they will just disappear to another planet and be assumed dead? It's all so vague, and scary.

however fear is not necessary, it only lowers YOUR vibration. Have you ever done any meditation or energy type classes? Getting clear on your own grounding and managing your own energy in moments of regular life are a good place to begin...

I don;t think the burying of the dead is something to concern yourself with these days, it's just too much to handle. Yes, there may be some grieving involved, but it is always that way when transitions happen....

The page you linked with Matthew's Message is not the usual one I see here, and it is interesti9ng that there is a link to a 'worldwide vision of breakthrough' right there on the bottom of the message... maybe some of that will help?
i was going to post that visualization as a thread of it's own, too...because it is such a great idea. (however, i can also feel where the message drops vibration as it speaks of hidden things, negativity, etc...i hope everyone can see past that as well..)

I started trying to meditate daily about a month ago, after hitting rock bottom financially & healthwise. It was a couple weeks before I could wind down my anxiety enough to focus and relax a little. I'm reading Abraham-Hicks, and found a group studying his books twice a month in my city. I've been going to an Open Mic at a nearby coffee house once a week -- poetry, music -- all very gentle welcoming people -- which is feeding my spirit immensely. I'm doing better, but obviously still have a long ways to go! Trying to shake off YEARS of negativity, anger, fear, inertia, resentment, etc.

most people don't even try to go there ;) I casn;t do it every day, my life is way too hectic...i settle for moments of prayer and quiet i can catch, in the shower, in the car, etc... and i have circle twice a month. plus I work with a shamaness on a regular basis, so i get lots of info from that realm as well...

They will still be here, living their mean miserable lives... but no longer able to have an effect or harm those of us walking in the light. Think Steve Martin type movie ( or Home Alone)where the villein 's gun blows up in his face instead of shooting someone else.
I have seen enough of this type of thing operating in my own life, to believe!
There are parallel scenarios, simultaneously, ( Richard Bach's books) the veil between the choices is thin.............
Yesterday I did Reiki from the tip of Campobello, looking out over vast expanse of the Bay of Fundy. the heavens began to sing...........sounded like a melodious, vibrational oohmm. It was truley incredible!

I take it no one =really= knows what Matthew (and others) mean by "ascension" but I want to be ready for it, whatever it is, LOL.
