Michael says that 2006 brings in a new level of energy that perfectly mirrors our thoughts into our reality. The angels call this new energy elastic. The theme of 2006 is What You Put Out There Is What Comes Back To You. If you say kind things about other people, then other people will say kind things about you. If you are generous with others, then others will be generous with you. If you expect doors of opportunity to open for you, they will. Conversely, if you think or say anything negative about people, the world, government, or Anything . . . the negativity will immediately come back to you.

This is a year where all of our spiritual lessons are called into action. We will all receive more divine guidance, clearly and easily. If we follow this guidance without delay, we find ourselves gliding along the flow of a fun, healthy, and prosperous new year. If we ignore the guidance, we wonder if we are being tested, ignored, or punished.

2006 will be like living in a house of mirrors. Whatever you expect to see, you will see. Whatever you send into the mirror, will instantly reflect back to you. The new energy is clear, high, and bright . . . and is a wonderful opportunity to experience heaven upon earth.

I don't wish ill on them (or anyone else I have horrid feelings toward) - I just focus on Spirit bringing them lots and lots of what they have coming.

That doesn't mean we can't speak the truth. Stating the truth of this misadministration, which is negative, should not mean we're going to receive instant bad things. Am I right?

Because we are speaking the truth to share it, to open people's eyes so they will join in disavowing that which is clearly untruthful and egregious. We are striving for truth to become apparent because until it does we will not have the country we'd like to live in. It is how you speak the truth that makes the difference and what the accompanying emotions are, I believe. We shouldn't ask for B*** to burn in hell (thought I admit to the thought) for example. Upthread it was suggested asking he be given what he deserves. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. Also, I think the notion of Schadenfreude (sp?) needs to be put in perspective. Sometimes the joyous reaction comes from the fact that truth has won out and justice has been addressed. Truly, it can be a lovely thing to see.

if i say, "bush did XYZ, which is against the american people and the constitution, and he needs to be brought to justice!" that's merely objective statement of fact. it's just saying the truth. the world exalts in truth, have no fear speaking it.

if i say, "he's an asshole, he's destroying my country, and his evil cabal should all go to pound-you-in-the-ass prison and choke on pretzels!" that's subjective expression of my will and desires.

for right or wrong though, only god gets to reward or punish in a passionate, willful, 'subjective' way(as close as could be conceived attributed to god). because otherwise we walk the path of favortism and revenge, and that path leads to the exaltation of one's ego before god. it is a path of illusions, shadows, and eventually chains and enslavement. it is a drug, indulging in our lesser selves, that is quite hard to walk away from without getting addicted. until one is ready, with the discipline to indulge and yet walk away -- and the maturity to accept the consequences, it is often better to steer away from such poison.

been imposed on us, It revolves around education. I am amazed at what I've learned from the all varieties of law to the Constitution to Senate and Houses rules to lobbyists, the environment, the Middle East, the cultures of many countries, and the human soul.

We've been taught to appreciate what we had. We've been taught not to assume that someone was taking care of things for us.

They've given us many valuable lessons.

I am having terrible problems with bitterness and I haven't even started to try to forgive.

My bitterness starts and end with the child. I was lied to and stolen from based on what I was told as a child. I judge everything on how it affects children. I deeply resent the lies being taught to the children to this day since they are still being taught what I was taught. I resent what is being done to children and the decisions that are being made that are anti-children. What per cent are going to have someone guide them even as some of us have been guided here in this thread.

My words may be pointing to other lessons - our heightened awareness of hypocrisy, what we want our country to be, the scope and depth of the problems. I welcome the lessons.

But I struggle with forgiveness. I find it easier to forgive something done to me personally, but I am not sure I can even get started forgiving what has been done to many nations and our nation by our nation.
