Visionary Activist Show - any opinions on Caroline Casey?

Glad to have something to share today! I enjoy reading the newsletters you all post here. Thank you!

I 'discovered' the Visionary Activist Show, about 3 weeks ago while (accidentally) leaving my radio stream on KPFA/Berkeley. You can stream or download it.

Caroline Casey has a strange radio voice and manner that I find amusing. She reminds me of a dear friend who I don't get to see enough of.
She seems to weave a mix of mythology and astrology into her narrative. It's rather fun to listen to.

Has anyone here heard of her before? Any opinions?

2. Of course there's a fund drive for that station now...

.. so there's a few minutes of begging to sit through at first.

I think this week's show is a continuation of last week's, which is an equinox celebration. both shows are accessible on the link I posted.

Seriously. I used to see her all the time at astrology get-togethers. I haven't seen her in years. I think she's great. She's a Libra with a Virgo Moon (sorry, I forget her ascendant). She went to Brown University, and has a degree in semiotics (the study of symbols) and mythology. She's fabulous in person. She lives in the DC area, and gives solstice and equinox talks as well as her radio show. She sees the best in any situation, she's very much a believer in creative visualization. Go see her in person if you get the chance.

I met her in the early 80's, hung out with her at a conference in the 90's, but haven't yet seen her in this decade.

She's an incredibly cool and insightful person and I'm a wiser person for having interacted with her.

She's also an excellent belly dancer.
