GSE,Grapefruit seed extract.

Tastes like shit, it's bitter but dammit it kills candida like nobody's business, and it boosts the immune it is a broad spectrum antibiotic, it can get rid of stomach flu(being emetiphobic I just love how it kills stomach bugs)AND the company that makes it removes the compounds in grapefruit that interfere with certain medications. It's so striong antibiotic wise if you take it for a long time you will have to replace the good bacteria in your gut.

Try it, but please mix it with some kind of sweet juice and stir well because the extract is thick in a glass it forms little balls, of thick oil so you gotta stir it up good and it will get a little foamy I thought that was strange the first time I took GSE but no my glass wasn't soapy it's foam from the GSE.. I'll warn ya it's helluva bitter, but it works.Over time ironically I have gotten to like the taste and I don't use much juice with it, it still makes me wince but it's the kind of wince one might do after taking a strong straight shot of hard liquor.

I keep the GSE, colloidal Silver and Oreganol oil on hand.I work it into my budget as do I do with another fave herb of mine, stevia and a bottle of good bacteria capsules that are enteric coated so they survive through the stomach acid and get released into the small intestine alive...(Oreganol oil makes you smell like a pizza if you use it on your skin, always a winner when you go out and eat italian LOL..always cut it with olive oil first because using oreganol straight it will irritate skin!).You will hear people asking where's the pizza..It's rather amusing.I tell them I am the pizza. Then they gotta sniff you. But you can drink it down to help with bugs and if you dillute it alot,I mean alot, you can put it in a neti pot with warm salt water and kill a cold before it begins irrrigate the little fucker rotoviruses right outta your nose..

These supplements do a hellovalot to keep me going.

Vaporizing essential oils in the air of a room with a vaporizer is another way to keep nasty bugs at bay, or you can get a small pot of boiling water going and put a few drops of oil in it after you get it off the stove sit it in a room and the steam releases the oil compounds and you can sit it by a heat vent and the hot air blowing over the water will humidify the room and vaporize oils in a pot of lukewarm water that way too.. Oils like geranium , tea tree or camphor can disinfect the air and keep bugs from blowing all over the house and it smells good too .Geranium oil can kill flesh eating bacteria the MRSE , BTW.viruses and bacterias molds and fungi cannot develop resistance to plant compounds like they do to man made medicines. I don't know why. But it's good to know that regardless.

1. that sounds like a good alternative
I have to try it on my daughter  every few moments she has a bug, and I really don't like her taking all the over the counter junk.

I did not not know about the properties of geranium - I use an all purpose cleaning product containing geranium from Mrs Myers and I just love the smell. It's good to know it kills germs, too.

thanks

2. thanks for posting
It makes sense that grapefruit seed extract would be powerful, since grapefruit itself is quite beneficial for digestion, warding off colds, etc. I've been taking oregano oil for awhile now, but just get the gel caps from trader joes, and crunch them so they slide down rather than getting lost in the stomach juices. But I'd never considered using it directly on your skin, or buying a whole bottle of it so you can take more at a time- and I'd certainly not thought of diluting it in salt water. I guess you meant for sinus irrigation? These are all good uses for oregano oil, which I would like to try. Glad you posted your faves. I was surprised at finding oregano oil, and how it knocks out colds at the very beginning. Some of my faves include magnesium-calcium powder for sleeping, green tea for deadline days when ya gotta get stuff done, and any kind of citrus fruit helps me get thru the day. Take care.

There's nothing better than finding someone with first hand experience using these things, you know about cs thats great, I started to prepare it at home myself using a generator called the silver puppy to assure quality, and now will try this GSE as well. Thanks!

Will mail you cs by the quart n/c anytime.
