I know that it is inevitable that a group as large as DU will attract the nasty folks, the disruptors, the negative neds and nellies, but it saddens me that the good ones like aA feel the only way they can handle it is to leave.

There's still a lot of nastiness out there. I heard there's a Mercury storm that's in effect till the 17th--did anyone else hear about that? I don't know any details, but if it's so, then that could be continuing the Merc Ret effect longer than usual.

Yet if we want to do a group effort, the Solar Eclipse is at 10:43 pm EDT on Sunday. Then the Moon will square Pluto at 11:59 pm. Then the Sun will square Pluto on Monday at 6:13 pm.

GD is a scary place--I just got flamed for an absolutely innocuous statement.

Has the world just gone nuts? I'm sure the astrologers here can point to some strange planetary alignment to explain it, but as I am not an astrologer I'm baffled. Everyone seems to want to correct everything. There are so many opinions running amuck over there and people are in attack mode if you don't agree with every little nuance of their political opinions.

It has had a strange effect on me--now I'm itching for a fight. I just started posting things that I know are "flamers" and let the fur fly. It's actually kind of fun. I'm tired of being timid, I'm going to say exactly what I think.
