What does tomorrow's eclipse and the coming equinox mean?
Edited on Sat Mar-17-07 01:53 PM by mother earth
I guess I'm hoping someone could look at my chart? I've been following The Secret and big change is in the air and a bit of mystery at work. Looks as though the company could go belly up, which may be a blessing in disguise. Even though you want change, it's a shock sometimes the way it can play out. Those security blankets are hard to give up.

Help! I need some opinions and feedback.

1. The eclipse will square Pluto so it's a biggie.
Anything we are overly attached to that is unhealthy is often stripped away under Pluto aspects but without knowing how it's aspecting your planets, I hesitate to comment further.

It's really quite amazing how many in this forum are feeling transitional in terms of employment right now.

Saturn in Leo is showing us what we are not. When Saturn goes into Virgo in late summer, methinks many of us will be rolling up our sleeves and doing our soul's work.

2. I know in my heart things are going to be ok, I just have to keep
focused on the destination and look past the rough seas. I'd much rather follow my heart, but financial security is nothing to take for granted.

Thanks for your reply, Stella. I have to agree with you. Seems like many of us are going through the same things. I knew I could count on support here.

I have much respect for those of you who understand these astrological influences. You always offer us such interesting insights. Thank you.

3. Stella,
can you expound a bit on what you mean with Saturn in Leo showing us what we are not?

And would I want to look at a Progressed Chart to find out how Pluto is aspecting my planets or is there another chart to look for? I use Astrodienst. Thanks!

4. Saturn, representing the archetypal authority figure is forever telling us what we are not.
Yikes. Regardless of one's age it feels as though it's saying "Young lady. . .this is what you are NOT." It's a grueling process of elimination but through it we have our core essense oddly affirmed.

In Leo it is calling us to look at our ego attachments and over calcifications. Being a fixed sign, security issues arise. Opposing Neptune, it's stark realities versus ideals for a while. Or truth versus illusion.

I'm currently crafting another prayer thread to address this issue. Am especially compelled to do so in light of exposure of blatant distortions over the last couple weeks.

I'll post it in here before the eclipse and later in GD, though I'm still missing a piece of it I'm sure.

I much prefer to work with progressions and transits. Rick works with 12 harmonic charts. cass like Natal stuff and relates it to karmic patterns.

If you require some help with the progressed stuff, then let me know.

best as ever

5. Well,
Pluto (progressed) is in my 12th at 1 degree Virgo and Saturn is in my 4th at 19 degrees Sagittarius (retrograde). Saturn there must be why my family has been such a particular burden lately. And Pluto in my 12th - the subconscious, what I really am, the hidden. I've been trying to come up with an idea of what I want my life to hold in these next phases and have been having such a hard time. Perhaps the eclipse will bring some deep insight to set me on my path.

Am I understanding this correctly? I know just enough about astrology to be dangerous! :hi:

Thanks!
