I would say that you are feeling very very pressured and under a great deal of pressure.

First take care of your own physical and mental health.

Something in your work is changing....and don't fight it....if it means letting go of the job...let it go and move on -

You don't say if you are working in an institution of some kind: hospital, nursing, old age home ? something of that sort?

I'm hoping that you are, which should help alleviate some of the problems....if you are not, do you have time to do some volunteer work in a hospital ? weekends for a couple of hours?

I'm also wondering if you're having some car trouble? Haave you checked out your car - or are you thinking of getting another?

This is a time of change in your thinking too.

And this aspect is going to go on for quite some time - up to January 2007 -

Time of change for you, inner change and changes in your thinking - you won't realize how much you have changed until the transit is well over...maybe even a year over - let go of things that are not working - if you don't let go willingly, they're going to go anyway...and if this is a time that you feel you need therapy - do it.

I am under a lot of pressure, and I've been thinking of a career switch but don't know what I can do. I am in sales and was thinking of moving into fundraising or union organizing or something that's more rewarding. I feel lost for the first time in a while.

I've had some car trouble, and some close calls accident-wise.

Also power struggles in group situations (like group projects at work) that will eventually make you much stronger and more focused on what you really want and what your goals really are. Sometimes you feel very empowered and other times you are aware of another strong personality overpowering you. At times it feels like a battle for survival.

Pallas is right - It is the Pluto transit, stationary February through April, square your Sun. This situation will resolve will retreat but not be resolved until, with another intense wave of energy, the last phase in December. But then it moves to square your natal Mercury next year. I think that one won't be as difficult. You can channel a good bit into writing and intellectual activity in 2006.

This will be a very transformative year for you and you will be very empowered by the time it is over and in a very different space (?different job?) than you are now.
