Mercury retrograde coming March 20 to May 1

On March 20th, 2005 at the Equinox—the cosmic turning point—Mercury, the cosmic magician, turns retrograde again, sending communications, travel, appointments, mail and the www into a general snarlup! This awkward period begins a few days before the actual turning point (as Mercury slows) and lasts for three weeks or so, until April 12, when the Winged Messenger reached his direct station. At this time he halts and begins his return to direct motion through the zodiac.

Everything finally straightens out on May 1, 2005, as he passes the point where he first turned retrograde. Mercury turns retrograde three times a year, as a rule, but the effects of each period differ, according to the sign in which it happens (see box for Retrograde Periods in 2005). <snip>

I know mercury retrograde is suppose to span a three week period but this looks longer by this person's charting.

A couple of concerns personally -
- I will be traveling west march 12 and returning march 23 overnight - by air
- March 21 plan to visit canada

- A purchase of real estate - the bid is done and accepted - So the plan is already in motion - the closing is April 25th -

Are any of these events problematice? Since they were planned before the retrograde - are they less likely to be a problem?

Or do I just plan on problems and it will all work out?
